Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid through the secure payment options at checkout.

Do prices include GST?
Yes. All prices include GST.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Free on orders of Rs 3,000 and above. Rs 199 on orders below Rs 3,000.

How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 2 to 4 business days, and delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after that.

Do you ship outside India?
We currently ship within India.

Returns

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item. Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund Policy.

How will I get my refund?
To your original payment method, after the returned product is inspected.

Products

What are your products made of?
100% pure cotton, hand block printed with eco-friendly, skin-friendly dyes, made with artisans in Rajasthan and stitched in Jaipur.

Are the quilts reversible?
Yes. Every muslin razai and baby quilt has a different print on each side.

Will the colour run?
Hand block prints may release a little colour in the first few washes. Wash separately in cold water and dry in shade. See our Care Guide.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Every piece is printed by hand, so small variations in colour and print are natural and make each one unique.

How do I wash a quilt?
We recommend dry cleaning for quilts and baby quilts. Bedsheets can be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle.
