Tathastu means "so be it", the blessing spoken when a wish is granted. That is what we hope our linen brings to your home: a blessing for every home.
We make bedsheets, muslin razai and baby quilts the slow way. Every design is hand block printed in Rajasthan with carved wooden blocks, then stitched by hand in Jaipur. The prints come from the motifs India has loved for generations: elephants under royal umbrellas, Mughal flower bouquets, lotus ponds, palm groves and paisleys.
We use 100% pure cotton and eco-friendly, skin-friendly dyes, and we keep our collections small. Many designs are made in just a few pieces, so what reaches you is close to one of a kind.
Because each piece is printed by hand, no two are exactly alike. A slight shift where blocks meet or a change in colour depth is the signature of the artisan who made it.
Thank you for bringing a piece of this craft into your home.
