Every Tathastu piece is hand block printed and stitched by artisans, so we check each one before it leaves us. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Returns window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- the product has a manufacturing defect, or
- you received the wrong item.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product (an unboxing video helps us resolve it fastest).
What we cannot accept
- Products that have been used, washed or altered, or returned without their original packaging and tags.
- Returns for a change of mind.
- Natural features of hand block printing: small variations in colour, slight shifts where blocks meet, and minor irregularities. These are the mark of handmade work, not defects.
- A little colour released in the first washes. Please wash separately in cold water, as described on the product page.
How to request a return
- Email tathastuhome11@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 97291 02934 with your order number, photos and the reason.
- We will reply within 2 business days and arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you for approved returns.
- Once the product reaches us and passes inspection, we process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We start the refund within 2 business days of receiving the return; your bank may take a further 5 to 7 business days to show it.
If a replacement for a defective or wrong item is available, we can send that instead of a refund. Just let us know.
