Products
Our bedsheets, quilts and baby quilts are hand block printed and handmade. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the actual product, and each piece may vary a little in print and colour. These variations are part of handmade work and are not defects.
Product sizes are given in inches and centimetres on each product page. Please check them before ordering.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. All orders are prepaid through the secure payment options at checkout.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Use of this website
You agree not to misuse this website, copy our designs, photos or text for commercial use without permission, or attempt to interfere with its security. All content on this site, including product photos and designs, belongs to Tathastu.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise any complaint with our grievance officer: Deepali Saini, Tathastu, at the address above. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
